Shipping time for domestic & international

Shipping for all online orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, regardless of standard / express post being selected.

Shipping Cost (free domestic shipping for orders over $300)

Domestic orders under 1kg - $AUD 20

Domestic order over 1kg - $AUD 25

International orders under 1kg - $AUD 30

International order over 1kg -$AUD 35

Lost / Damaged Goods

In the event that an item is damaged upon arrival a partial / full refund will be processed depending on the severity of the damages. All parcels are shipped in secured padded mailers / boxes with bubble wrap to ensure security and resistance to water damages.

In the event that an item is lost during transit a refund may be processed after investigation of both the customer and shipping provider. For parcels over $AUD 500 in value the buyer must purchase shipping insurance. 

In the event of an item being successfully delivered, but then claimed to be either lost or stolen after arrival, the buyer must contact our shipping provider and launch an investigation. We are not responsible for goods lost after delivery is completed.
